Ticket Sales Have Unexpectedly Stopped:
If your ticket sales have unexpectedly stopped, it’s usually due to one of the following settings:
- Ticket Sale End Times
- Event Date Status
- Private / Public Event Status
Review each of these areas below to quickly bring your event back online.
1. Check Ticket Sale End Times (Most Common Issue)
If ticket sales are outside of the allowed date range, the system will automatically stop selling tickets.
How to Check:
- Go to Events > Manage Events
- Click the Select Action menu on the event and select TICKETS
- Review the sale Start and End times
If you see a red indicator such as Sales Date Out of Range, your sales end date has passed.

- Go to Events > Manage Events
- Click the Select Action menu on the event and select Event Dates
- Click the event date
- In the slide out menu, confirm:
- Event Date Status status is set to: Online
- Show Online is set to Yes

3. Confirm the Event Is Not Set to Private
If the event is not appearing on your website at all, it may be marked as Private.
How to Check:
- Go to Events > Manage Events
- Click the Select Action menu on the event and select Event Info
- Make sure Private Event is not checked
