You can issue complimentary (comp) tickets through either Quick Select or the Seating Map in Box Office or Phone Sales.
- If your event is free - simply set the price of the item to zero during the ticket set up.
- Comp tickets are a system default and automatically available on every event.
- Only users who have the Box Office - price override user permission can apply the system default comp ticket option. Creating New Users / Setting Permissions
- Custom Comp Tickets can be created via Special Box Office Only Ticket Types(ex: Cast Comp, Media Comp, Etc.)
Any user can apply a custom comp ticket type.
Issue Comp Tickets
Go to Box Office or Phone Sales.
Select Quick Select or Assigned Seating
Select your event and date
Select the tickets.
- Use the Ticket Name dropdown menu to select Comp Ticket
