This help doc explains how to set up and use Box Office Ticket types.
This feature allows you to create special ticket types that appear in the ticket drop-down selection in the Box Office for all events. Common use cases include specialized comp tickets such as cast comps, media, or promotional tickets.
Event allocations remain unchanged. These ticket types are simply made available for selection without needing to be configured on each individual event. Ticket names will also appear in reporting.
