Use Event Date-Specific Merchandise when you want a merchandise item to appear for purchase only on specific dates of a multi-date event run.

Example: Sell a seat cushion on Day 1, but not on Day 2.

Step 1: Mark the Merchandise as Event Date Specific

  1. Go to Setup → Merchandise → Merchandise
  2. Click the merchandise item name
  3. Enable Is Event Date Specific
  4. Click Save

Step 2: Enable the Item on the Correct Event Date(s)

  1. Go to Events → Manage Events
  2. Locate your event and click Select Action
  3. Choose Event Dates
  4. Under the MER column (Manage Merchandise), click the + icon for the date you want to edit
  5. Toggle the merchandise item ON
  6. Click the X to close
  7. Repeat for each date you want the item available on
