This article explains how to edit the event and event date connected to a merchandise item. Use this feature when a merchandise item is linked to the wrong event or date, or when event details have changed and need to be updated in an order.

You can edit or update the event and event date that a merchandise item is attached to from within the order.

Steps:

  1. Open the order that contains the merchandise item.

  2. Next to the item’s price, click the pencil icon labeled Edit Item Info.

  3. In the Edit Merchandise menu, check whether the item is currently attached to an event.

  4. To attach it to an event:

    • Click Select Event.

    • Choose the desired event.

    • (Optional) Select a specific event date if applicable.

  5. Click Close to save your changes.

  6. You’ll now see the event and event date displayed on the order.

If you need to make changes later, click the pencil icon again. You can:

  • Choose a different event or event date, or

  • Remove the event information entirely by selecting Remove Event Info.
