This video will demo how to partially refund a ticket from an online theatre subscription (patron subscription) package.
This refund method only applies to orders that are patron subscriptions.

NOTE: Exchanges are used when the patron is still coming to the event, but the order needs to be adjusted. For example - you need to adjust the price of the item via an up or down exchange and the patron is still coming to the event.
