This guide provides instructions for enforcing sign-in at events, ensuring patrons authenticate their identity before accessing ticket options.

Note: If using account tag ticketing - patrons who choose guest checkout will not gain access to any tag-specific tickets they qualify for. Learn more about tag ticketing: Account Tag Ticketing

How to enable the Enforce Sign In setting

1. Navigate to the Event Related Messages section in the EDIT EVENT INFO area of your event.

2. Click the Enforce Sign In checkbox.

3. Enter a message for your patrons

4. Click Save.

5. Click "PREVIEW" at the top of the page to test the functionality.

6. Click "Sign In"

7. The patron will be prompted to sign in or check out as a guest.


Note: Patrons who do not sign in will not see any tag-specific tickets they qualify for.
