Account tag ticketing gives certain accounts
marked with a special tag the ability to
unlock hidden tickets during
checkout.
To review or add additional tags -
go to CRM > SETTINGS
> ACCOUNT
TAGS.
Once a tag is created and marked
as "ticket specific" it can be
applied to a user's CRM profile
under CRM > CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT
> CUSTOMER DETAILS.
Tag tickets can be created
before an event is created through
price
groups and pricing templates. Or if an
event
is already created, a tag ticket can
be created directly on the
event.
