You can take an event date offline so it no longer appears online and cannot be sold in the box office.
The date will remain set up in the system, but it will not be selectable online or in the box office.
To take an event date offline:
- Go to Events > Open Events
- Click the Select Action menu for the event
- Click Event Dates
- From the Event Dates page, click the event date you want to edit
- In the slide-out date menu:- Set Event Date Status to Offline- Set Show Online Status to No
The date will now be removed from both online display and the box office.
If You Only Want to Stop Online Sales
If you want to stop tickets from being sold online but keep the date active in the box office, edit the ticket sale time so tickets are no longer available online.
