If needed, promoters can enter a scanner name on the scanner. This scanner name can then be used to identify which scanner scanned each ticket in the custom sales report.
1. To name a scanner, go to the settings page on the Mobile Event Manager 2.0 App and name the scanner under "device name."
2. Once a scanner has a device name, scanned tickets will now record the device name, which can be outputted on the Custom sales report.
On the custom sales report, select the output "Scan User" in addition to any other outputs you would like.
The final report will show the scan user as the device name that was inputted.
