This help doc will cover how to enable the multi-scan setting. This setting will allow multiple events on the same day to be scanned without the need to switch between the different events on the app.
To enable this setting, go to SET UP > BOX OFFICE > BOX OFFICE SETTINGS and enable the multi-scan option.
If checked, the mobile app will scan tickets even if the event in mobile app is set to a different event. Secondary events will only validate when the event date is the same day as the scan date.
Enable the Multi-Scan setting and press save to turn it on.
