This help doc explains how to enable the Multi-Scan setting. When enabled, this setting allows tickets for multiple events on the same day to be scanned without switching events in the mobile app.

How to enable Multi-Scan

  1. Go to BOX OFFICE > SETTINGS > BOX OFFICE SETTINGS

  2. Enable the Multi-Scan option

  3. Click Save

How it works

  • When Multi-Scan is enabled, the mobile app will scan tickets even if a different event is currently selected.

  • Secondary events will only validate if their event date matches the scan date selected.
