Step 2: Apply the Pricing Template to an Event

If you haven’t sold any tickets yet:

  1. Go to Events > Manage Events and open the event you want to update.

  2. Click Manage Tickets.

  3. Use the Load Pricing Template button on the top right to apply your updated template.

  4. Apply the template and press delete unsold seats to replace the existing set up with the new template. Apply to all dates you want to modify.

For a walk through on how to apply a pricing template, review this doc: Re-apply Pricing Template

Note: If this feature is added to event dates that already have tickets sold, those tickets must be adjusted manually for each affected date. See next section below.

If Tickets Have Already Been Sold

For event dates where tickets are already sold, you’ll need to edit each one manually:

After you're finished, if you reload the page, you will see a notice such as “Box Office: $120.00” to confirm the price is set for that day on the ticket set up page.

Step 3: Verify in the Box Office on the day of the event

  1. Go to the Box Office.

  2. Use Quick Select to open the event.

  3. You should see the day-of box office price applied (e.g., $100 instead of $125). Note, if the event is not today, you will see the original price (e.g. $100). If the event is today, the price will be the box office price (e.g. $125)
