You can use the Day-Of Box Office Price feature to automatically charge a different price at the box office on the day of the event. Follow these steps to configure it properly. This feature is available for general admission events only.

Click Manage Tickets.
Use the Load Pricing Template button on the top right to apply your updated template.
Apply the template and press delete unsold seats to replace the existing set up with the new template. Apply to all dates you want to mody.
Dates that have already sold tickets will need to be updated manually. More info below.
If Tickets Have Already Been Sold
For event dates where tickets are already sold, you’ll need to edit each one manually:
Open the specific event date.
Click the gear icon next to the ticket type and choose Edit.
Go to More Options on the ticket you want to modify
Enable or adjust the Day-Of Box Office Price setting.
Save your changes.
After you're finished, if you reload the page, you will see a notice such as “Box Office: $30” to confirm the price is set for that day on the ticket set up page.

Step 3: Verify in the Box Office on the day of th event
Go to the Box Office.
Use Quick Select to open the event.
You should see the day-of box office price applied (e.g., $30 instead of $25). Note, if the event is not today, you will see the original price (e.g. $25). If the event is today, the price will be the box office price (e.g. $30)
