NOTE: Subscription Type Mapping Between Seasons

When copying or updating subscription types across seasons, it's important to note that mapping is now based on position, not the name of the subscription types.

How It Works:

  • Slot 1 maps to Slot 1

  • Slot 2 maps to Slot 2

  • Slot 3 maps to Slot 3

  • And so on...

This means the system aligns subscription types by their order in the list—not by the item name. So even if the names are different, Slot 1 in the new season will inherit the data/logic from Slot 1 in the old season.

Best Practice:

To ensure subscriptions map correctly, make sure the subscription types are listed in the same order in each season.

Example:

Old Season

  1. Adult

  2. Student

  3. Child

New Season

  1. Adult

  2. Student

  3. Child

If the order matches, everything will map correctly, even if you edit the names later.
