Note: This feature is designed to only work with memberships, not other subscription types. It is commonly more used for Museums and other Attractions.
Digital membership cards
Patrons can access a digital version of their membership which can be opened in a browser or added to their Apple or Google wallet. This feature is only shown if you have added a template. Here's how to add a template for digital memberships (also works for other subscription types).
Navigate to SETUP > TEMPLATES > TEMPLATES > ADD TEMPLATE >DIGITAL MEMBERSHIP WALLET
Add your custom HTML and CSS in the code view of the editor, or load our default template to get started.
The digital membership option will then be available on the order confirmation page or email. The patron can click the button to open it in their browser, and either present that at your venue, or choose the option to add it to their Apple or Google wallet.
How do patrons access their digital membership
When buying a membership, patrons will find a link on their order confirmation to view their digital subscription (membership). They can also retroactively view their order confirmation to access the link to their digital membership.
Printable membership cards
Note: Printed cards may need more tailoring based on your specific card stock; whether you have a graphic or text pre-printed on it. Out of the box, our printed template is very simplified.
Once your memberships are configured, you can create a template for a printable or digital membership card. This allows your patrons to enter your venue and simply scan their card QR code, which automatically generates a ticket on their account.
Navigate to SETUP > TEMPLATES > TEMPLATES > ADD TEMPLATE > MEMBERSHIP CARD
Add your custom HTML and CSS in the code view of the editor, or load our default template to get started.
Our membership card template is designed to work with the Magicard 600 printer:
You can use any PVC cards with 30mil CR80.
