This video will demo how to set the preferred seating for subscribers. Preferred seats are available for Theatre and Patron subscription types.
When you set preferred seats for a subscriber, the system will suggest seats based on previous order history.
Once you add the preferred seats for the subscribers, there is a preferred seating report which shows the seats that are saved to accounts. To view the preferred seating report, Go to CRM > SUBSCRIBERS. On the top right is a link to the preferred seating report.
