Preferred seating allows you to save a patron’s seat selections for subscription packages. When the patron renews their subscription, their preferred seats will automatically be highlighted for quick selection in the box office and online (if the patron is logged in).

Setup Process
Setting up preferred seating involves two main steps:
  1. Create a preferred seating label and add it to the subscription package.

  2. Add the preferred seating label and seats to the patron’s CRM profile.

Preferred Seating Report
After preferred seats have been assigned to subscribers, you can view them using the Preferred Seating Report. This report shows the seats saved to patron accounts.
To access the report:
  1. Go to CRM > Customer Management > Subscribers
  2. Click the Preferred Seating Report link in the top-right corner.
