pass subscription type. Flex
Passes are one or more tickets you
buy in a block, usually at a discounted price.
After purchase, the customer can use their
flex pass code online or at the box office.
Flex passes can be used all at once, or spread
out over several shows.
Viewing Flex Pass Balances
To view the remaining balances for your flex passes, go to CRM > Customer Management > Subscribers and select the applicable subscription(s). At the bottom of the page, click Export.
The exported file includes both subscription quantity and the remaining balance for each flex pass.
