This article explains how to create, manage, and report on Global User Questions. You will learn how to set up custom questions, enable open-ended responses, control question visibility on specific events, and view all collected answers in the Global Questions report.

WHAT ARE GLOBAL USER QUESTIONS?
Global User Questions allow you to collect information from buyers across all of your events. You can enable up to three custom questions that appear during the checkout process.

Example Question:
How did you hear about us?
Possible Responses: Radio, TV, Word of Mouth, Friends, Social Media, Other

Adding "Other" (with a capital O) will trigger an open-ended text field so customers can type their own response. This text field is available online only.

  1. Go to: Set-Up > Organization > Global User Questions

  2. Turn on Question 1, Question 2, or Question 3.
