Important Notes:

  • Seat colors are managed via price groups. See the Price Groups help doc here: Price Groups

  • To edit Sold Seat Color, Marked as Sold Seat Color, Accessible Seat Color, and Offline Seat Color, go to Events > Seat Labels: Custom Seat Map Hold Labels

Edit Seat Shape, Outline, Shadow, or Max Map Height

To access these settings, go to Box Office > Settings > Box Office Settings.

In this section, you can:

  • Add a 1-pixel black outline around seats

  • Change seat shape (circle or square)

  • Enable a light drop shadow (recommended for smaller maps only; not recommended for seat maps with 500+ seats, as it can significantly increase load time)

  • Force a maximum seat map height of 600px for smaller maps
