To edit the global seat map and accessible seat colors go to:
SETUP > BOX OFFICE > BOX OFFICE SETTINGS
The seat map colors area will be at the bottom of the page. The colors will be triggered by the pricing used in a map. If there's only one price the first color will be used. If there's more than one price the first color will represent the lowest priced ticket and the rest of the colors will be used in order to represent the pricing from low to high.
Below the seat map colors, you can set the colors that will represent the sold seats, seats that are marked as sold and the accessible seat color.
