The Live Carts feature provides real-time visibility into online cart activity and allows staff to assist customers who may be having trouble completing their purchase.

Navigate to:

Box Office → Order Management → Live Carts

Overview:

The Live Carts page displays a real-time view of customer activity in your online checkout, including active carts, recent sessions, and completed orders.

This allows your team to monitor purchasing behavior and step in when assistance is needed.

Live Carts works especially well when paired with the Abandoned Cart tools, helping you support customers both during and after the checkout process.

Available Metrics

At the top of the page, you’ll see key performance indicators:

  • Active Carts: Number of customers currently shopping

  • Sessions (24h): Total number of checkout sessions in the last 24 hours

  • Completed (24h): Number of completed orders in the last 24 hours

  • Abandonment Rate: Percentage of carts that did not result in a completed order

Manage Live Carts

To take action on a cart, click the gear icon next to the order.

From here, you can:

  • View Cart: See the items currently in the customer’s cart

  • View Checkout Log: Review the customer’s activity and progress through checkout

  • Load in Box Office: Open the cart in the box office to assist the customer and complete the order
