Consignment tickets differ from standard orders because they are just printed tickets—often issued to individuals or groups outside your organization (for example, radio promotions, festival partners, or street team sales). Since these tickets are distributed manually, they do not create CRM records or order ID's. 


Once tickets are designated as consignment, they are removed from public inventory and are unavailable for online purchase unless released back into the system.

Remember to put the Ticket ID placeholder onto your ticket design template so you can easily match the returned tickets with the tickets you delete from the consignment order.
