Promoters can comp or donate gift cards.
To do this, ring in the gift card at a $0 value. If needed, use a price override for predefined cards when processing the transaction in the box office to ensure the value is zero.
Once the card has been processed as a comp, you can edit the amount by navigating to:
CRM > Loyalty & Payments > Rewards & Gift Cards, then updating the card’s amount and balance.
