If needed, promoters can enable additional security settings on their accounts and limit max IP address requests and declined credit cards attempts.
By default, this setting is off (recommended), but if your account has had gateway problems from spam attacks, these security settings can help.
Max Requests per IP-Address:
Sets the transaction payment request frequency as to when to block online transactions from the exact same IP-Address over a 30-day time frame.
Card Decline Max:
Sets the maximum amount of card declines before the transactions get blocked. After X amount of tries, the card will fail.
To turn on or adjust these settings, go to SET UP > PROFILE > PAYMENT SETTINGS. Click the enable security setting checkbox, set the designed limits, and press SAVE.
