Managing Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

This document covers how organization admins and users can manage Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), including resetting, disabling, and updating 2FA phone numbers or email addresses.

To update your 2FA phone number or email:

  1. Sign in to your account.

  2. Click your name at the top of the page.

  3. From the dropdown menu, select the option to update 2FA settings.

  4. Follow the prompts to change your phone number or email.

To Reset 2FA: 

1. Go to SET UP > MORE > USERS
 
2. Select the gear on the left side of the screen next to the user you're trying to reset. 

3. Select "Reset 2-Way Auth" from the menu.



4. After reset, ask the user to sign in again and fill out the 2-way authentication form or press "Not Now" to set this up later. 

To Disable 2FA: 
1. Click the gear next to the user name and select "edit user" 

2. Uncheck "Enable 2-Way Authentication

3. Press SAVE.
