This guide explains how to view refunded items on the Orders page and how to run a report showing refunded transactions.


Viewing Refunded Items on the Orders Page
  1. Navigate to the Orders page by clicking the Orders icon at the top of the event manager.

  2. On the right-hand side, check the box labeled "Show Refunded Items."

  3. Once enabled, lookup the refunded order and click to expand the order to view the refunded item(s) in the order details.

    Note: The "Show Refunded Items" setting is also available directly on a patron's CRM profile when viewing their orders.

Running a Report for Refunded Items
  1. Navigate to Reports > Custom Sales Report

  2. If you're not familiar with using the Custom Sales Report, refer to this help doc: Custom sales report.

  3. Build a report with the output columns you'd like to see.


  4. In the Output Columns area, locate and enable the "Transaction Type" output. This output will show then display Sale and Refund showing an orders transaction history. 



  5. Click Save and Run.



    NOTE: To view JUST refunds, in the Set Filter Options area on the bottom of the report builder, locate and enable the "Transaction Types" filter and select Refunds. This will filter just refunds.
