The Will Call Report (Guest List) can be accessed in several ways:

  • Through Event Reports

  • Through the Box Office

  • Through the Open Events area


Accessing the Guest List through Event Reports
  1. Go to REPORTS > EVENT REPORTS > Will Call Report.

  2. Select Open Events if the event is still active, or Closed Events if the event status is closed.



  3. Once loaded, select the event and event date and run the report.

Accessing the Guest List through the Box Office
  1. Navigate to the BOX OFFICE.

  2. Click Order Management >Guest List

  3. Once you select the event and date, the guest list interface will appear.

  4. Options to print or export the guest will display on the bottom of the screen.

This interface can also be used to check patrons in to an event:


  • Click in the gray area next to a patron’s name.

    • One click = Check-in

    • Second click = Check-out

    • Third click = Reset (returns to “Not Checked In”)

Note: The guest list in the Box Office and mobile app will display only the first 500 tickets. If you don’t see a name while scrolling, use the search box to find the patronImage Placeholder


Accessing the Guest List through the Open Events page
From the Manage Events area, click to expand the event dates, then select Will Call from the Select Action menu.
