Updating Data on the Open Events Page
The Open Events page does not update in real time. To conserve server resources, the data on this page refreshes automatically once every hour.
If you've recently made changes—such as new ticket sales, refunds, or edits to event details (like date or time)—you may not see those updates right away.
To refresh the data immediately:
Go to the Open Events page.
Click the Reload Cache button (the circular “refresh” wheel icon) at the top of the page.
The page will update and display the most current information.
This ensures you can view the latest sales and event details without waiting for the hourly update.
