What Is VBO PowerQue?
A fee-free, automated traffic management system for seamless event ticketing. The power queue regulates high-demand events, ensuring rapid throughput by queuing buyers.
No action is needed - VBO PowerQueue is already on guard 24/7/365 for all promoters.
The PowerQue goes into action if ticket buying volume spikes on an event, while in the background traffic is managed to improve system throughput. The queue and load balancing will automatically kick in to optimize client purchasing and keep them informed about progress through the queue.
The queue will only trigger if an event has high traffic all at once.
When space is available in the purchase flow, the user will be prompted to continue forward and enter the event where they can complete their purchase.
Queue Settings (Optional)
Queue Settings allow you to display a video or message on the queue page while patrons wait in line.
To configure Queue Settings:
Navigate to Setup > Organization > Queue Settings
Available options:
- A video header
- An embedded video
- A custom message
