Problem:
I have a general admission event, and my inventory shows 100 tickets available, but when attempting to purchase, it shows as sold out.

Solution:
Check the Tickets page and review the shared allocation quantity. In the example below, the ticket quantity is set to 100, but the shared allocation bucket is set to 0. Click the edit (pencil) icon and update the shared allocation so it reflects the actual number of tickets remaining.


How to calculate shared allocation:
Shared allocation = Total ticket quantity − Tickets sold

Examples:

  • If no tickets have been sold:
    100 (max quantity) − 0 sold = shared allocation should be 100

  • If tickets have been sold:
    Enter the number of tickets remaining (total quantity minus sold)
