Compared to full users, event manager profiles have restricted access in VBO. If you have a renter who only needs to see the sales of their event, you can set up a profile and give them access to information and reports for their event only.
NOTE: Event Manager profiles have the lowest level of account access.
To create an event manager profile - go to SET UP > MORE USERS.
To create an event manager profile - go to SET UP > MORE USERS.
To assign an event manager profile to an event - go to EDIT EVENT INFO on the event and click SET EVENT MANAGERS
