Part 1: Activating the Constant Contact / Mail Chimp API

UPDATE: The path for connecting to Mail Chimp or Constant Contact is  SET UP > ADD-ONS and then you can select either Mail Chimp or Constant Contact from the list of options.




Part 2: Syncing Contacts To Constant Contact or Mail Chimp

Note: Only customers who are marked 'okay to e-mail' will be synced with Mail Chimp or Constant Contact. All e-mails will show on the report, but they won't sync if their CRM profile doesn't have 'okay to e-mail' checked. Sycing is a manual process. You would select sync from the options menu and then select the email list inside Constant Contact or Mail Chimp where you would like to sync the contacts to.
