By default, VBO sends transactional-related
emails on behalf of promoters (order
confirmations, event reminders and thank you emails, etc). Promoters can take control of their own
email sending by enabling either Sendgrid or Mandrill. Please
visit Mandrill or Sendgrid directly for more
info and pricing if pursuing this option.

Already have a Sendgrid
or Mandrill account? Enter the Mandril or Sendgrid credentials and run a test after switching.
Important: Test that it works!
After you enter your info - send yourself a test email. If it does not work, switch back to VBO Tickets email and contact Sendgrid or Mandril to review your account and credentials.
To enable Sendgrid or Mandril:
Go to Setup > Add-Ons > Send Email and select an email sender at the top of the screen.
You'll need the API USER
NAME and API KEY from your active Mandrill or Sendgrid account. Once the info is entered, test the connection by re-sending an order confirmation from the orders tab to confirm the connection is working properly.
NOTE: For Sendgrid Users, enter apikey on the back end of VBO as the API User Name.
