This document explains how to set up and use the Rewards Program. The Rewards Program is a loyalty-style feature that allows promoters to offer a free ticket after a customer purchases a specified number of tickets or spends a specified dollar amount.

Once the feature is enabled, promoters can select which events earn reward points, and points can be redeemed on a per-event basis.

Note: Events do not automatically earn reward points. An event must be added to the Rewards Program in order for points to be earned and redeemed.

To Redeem Points in the Box Office:

  1. Load the account.
  2. Add the tickets to the cart.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page, just above the Pay Now button.
  4. Select the tickets to redeem, then click Apply X Points.

To Redeem Points Online:

  1. Have the patron sign into their account online.
  2. Add tickets to the cart.
  3. Select the tickets to redeem.
  4. Click Apply X Points to use reward points.
