You can email patrons who have purchased tickets for a specific event or specific event date directly from the Open Events page. This helps you share updates or important information with everyone who has an active order.

To send an email to everyone who has an order for a specific event:

  1. Navigate to Events > Manage Events

  2. From the Select Action drop-down menu, choose Send Email on the event.
