1. Click the Orders tab and locate your customer.
2. Click the gear on the right side and select "edit order info."
In the example picture below, the delivery method of the order is set to Door Sale highlighted in Yellow
3. Under shipping, change the delivery method to your new delivery method (will call, e-ticket, etc.). Be sure to save the new delivery method when finished.
NOTE: Changing the delivery method does not resend the order confirmation. If needed, resend the order confirmation when finished. Resend order confirmation
