Occasionally, an order may be created with the incorrect delivery method and needs to be updated. Delivery methods include Door Sale, Will Call, E-Ticket, or Mail.
To make a change, first locate the order using the order search. Once the order located, review the current delivery method (for example, Door Sale, highlighted in yellow in the image below) and update it to the correct option following the steps below.
Important: Changing the delivery method does not automatically resend the order confirmation. If the customer needs an updated confirmation, you must manually resend the order confirmation after making the change.
