In the unlikely event that a double booking occurs, the system will display a warning message stating "Alert! Duplicate Seats Found" on the OPEN EVENTS page.
If you see this error message, click on the magnifying glass to view the affected orders. To correct the double booking, reseat one of the users by processing an exchange on one of the orders.
The error message will clear once there are no seating conflicts.
If you have already processed an exchange and the error message does not clear, contact support to troubleshoot further.
