Note: Adding a ticket design is only needed if you are using a custom ticket design on your account (overriding the VBO Tickets default design) or if you would like to make changes to the default design. To see if you are using the system default or a custom override design - run a test transaction to view the ticket on the video event and look for the "Watch Video" button.

If you are using a custom e-ticket or mobile design on your account, an updated ticket design using the appropriate placeholders is required to update your design.
