To edit your organization's profile,
go to SET UP > ORGANIZATION >
PROMOTER INFO.
Below is a walkthrough of this process
with
some suggestions on completing the
promoter
profile area.
Change things like:
Promoter Name
Time Zone
Currency
Primary Contacts (for VBO to
contact)
Accounting Contact
Promoter Support Info
Default Login Pages
and more!

How to Edit Your Organization's Profile
Go to Setup > Organization > Promoter Info.
At the
top of the page, review and set the
following:
- Currency and Local
- Confirm your Time Zone is
accurate for your location.
- Fiscal Year
- Promoter Name
- Scroll down to enter your organization's Mailing Address.

Fill out the Primary Contact
fields:
- Contact 1, 2, and 3 are used for
communication with VBO.
- Make sure Contact 1 is the main person VBO should
reach out to.

Locate the Accounting Contact
section:
- This is where invoices from VBO
will be sent.
- If left blank, invoices will go to the Primary Contact.

Next is the Support
Information section:
- This info is shown on order
confirmations and customer
communications.
- Fill out your Promoter Name, Telephone Number, and Email Address.

You may also enter an
organizations Tax ID (Tax
No), Mobile Phone, Fax, and your Website.
- Make sure the website is
entered.

Below that is the Password
Reset URL / Hold URL section:
- This is optional
- Only fill this in if you are
using the My Account
Plugin on your
website.
- If you're not using the
plugin, you can skip this
part.

Near the bottom, you'll see the Description area.
- This is optional.
- If filled out, it will appear at the
top of your plugin.
- Leave blank if you prefer a cleaner look.

- If the description is used, it will
display on the top of your plugin as
shown below.

Enter your organizations name as the Branded Domain
- Required
- This is used for all the preview pages
for VBO

Last, set our default account
page and the default box office
page.
- Default Account Page - this is
page you will be sent to right
after sign in.
- Default Box Office Page - this
page is your default boxoffice
page. The first time you go to the
box office tab for your current
session, this page will be
loaded.

Once finished, scroll to the
bottom of the page and click Save to apply your
changes.
