This guide and video explains how to enable and use the Single-Step Checkout feature.
This setting is designed for general admission events only.
Using this setup allows multiple event dates to display on a single page, and customers can add tickets for multiple event dates to their cart in one step. This format works best for festival-style events or class listings, where you want customers to see all available dates at once vs selecting different dates.
Enable Single-Step Checkout (After the Event Is Created)
Go to Events
Manage Events
Click the Select Action menu on the event and choose Event Info
Enable Enforce Single Step Checkout Process.
Click Save.
Once enabled, all event dates will appear under a single event listing, allowing customers to purchase tickets for multiple dates at the same time.

Rename Each Event Date (Optional)
You can rename each date to better describe the event schedule.
Go to Event Dates
Click the event date you want to edit.
Change the Event Date Name Override (for example: Show 1, Show 2, Show 3).
Click Save.
Add Images for Each Event Date (Optional)
You can upload a different image for each event date.
Go to Event Dates
Select the date you want to edit.
Click Upload Picture.
Upload the image for that show.
These images will display alongside each event date on the event page.
