This guide explains how to configure global and event-specific settings for guest checkout and account creation in VBO Tickets.
Enable Guest Checkout or adjust preferred checkout (Global Setting)
Navigate to: Set Up > Events > Event Settings
Click Checkout Settings menu.
To allow guest checkout on all events:
Make sure the checkbox is checked.
This will allow patrons to check out as a guest for all events sold online.
To force guest checkout, set the default to load guest checkout from the default checkout menu.
To require account creation for all events:
Uncheck the box.
This will force patrons to create an account for every order.
To force checkout as guesst, set the default checkout option to checkout as geust:
Press SAVE once you have configured your desired settings.

Enforce Account Creation for Specific Events
If you want to require account creation only for specific events:
Go to:
Events > Open Events
Find and open the event you want to modify.
Click on Event Info from the select action menu.
Look for the Disable Guest Checkout option.
Check the box to enforce account creation for that specific event.
Click Save when finished.
Repeat the above steps for each event where you want to disable guest checkout.
