How to Edit the "Sold Out" or "Tickets No Longer Available" Message

  1. In the OPEN EVENTS area, find the event you want to modify.

  2. Click the drop-down menu and select EDIT EVENT INFO.

  3. Scroll down to the Event Related Messages section.

  4. Locate the box labeled "Message that tickets are no longer available."

  5. Enter your custom message. This message is displayed when:

    • Tickets are not yet on sale (Pre-Sale Message).
    • Online sales have ended.
    • The event is sold out.
  6. Click SAVE to apply your changes.
