The two most common seat selection views are List View and Seat Map View. List View is for general admission events and lists all the tickets out in a list display. Seat Map View will show the seat map first if your event uses a seating chart. Mixed view is for events that use a general admission template and an assigned seating template.
To change an event to either Seat Map View, List View, or Mixed Seating:
- Go to OPEN EVENTS and select "edit event info" from the drop down menu.
- On the edit event info page, select the desired view and press SAVE when you're done.
