This help doc will cover ADA
accessible and ADA companion settings on
the
pricing templates and on the event
map.
- Seats marked as ADA accessible seats will display as "accessible"
online
with a wheelchair icon.
- Seats marked as ADA companion can not be purchased without
an ADA
accessible seat in the
cart.
- Seats marked as ADA accessible AND offline will display a message that says "To book this seat, please contact the box office" when clicked and require the patron to contact the box office to purchase the seat.This is done by marking the seat as: Accessible and Offline / Do Not Show Online


Once changes have been made to the template - apply the template to the event

You can also repeat the ADA seat marking steps above directly from the event page by going to
Events > Manage Events, locating the event, clicking the Select Action menu, and selecting Tickets.
