Disable / Require Billing Fields Online (Per Plugin)
This feature lets you control which billing information fields are required during online checkout. You can choose to require fields like Company, Phone, or Address, or make them optional if they’re not necessary for your organization.
Note: Fields cannot be removed completely from the form. They can only be set as required or optional.
How to Disable Required Billing Fields
To make billing fields optional during checkout:
Go to:
SET UP > WHITE LABEL > PLUGINS
Click the name of the plugin you want to edit.
Scroll to the Required Fields section.
Uncheck the box next to the field(s) you want to make optional (e.g., Company).
Click Save.
Repeat these steps for each plugin where you want to adjust the required fields.
