Accessing Pledges

Navigate to: CRM > Customer Management > Pledges

What You Can See

Each pledge appears as a row with key information:

  • Donor name
  • Total pledged amount
  • Status
  • Frequency
  • Next Due Date
  • Campaign

Managing a Pledge

Use the Manage (gear icon) to:

  • View details
  • Edit the pledge
  • Collect or Attach payment
  • Delete (if no payments exist)

Understanding Schedule & Status

Payment Schedule

If a frequency is selected, the system generates an expected payment schedule.

Each installment includes:

  • Due date
  • Expected amount
  • Status (Due, Paid, Overdue)

If no frequency is selected:

  • The pledge is marked as Unscheduled

Pledge Statuses

  • Active – Pledge is ongoing
  • Completed – Fully paid
  • Canceled – No longer expected to be fulfilled
  • Written Off – Balance will not be collected
  • On Hold – Temporarily paused
