Customizing Your Dashboard View
Total Donors & Average Gift
This section displays the total number of donors and the average gift amount. Click the three-dot options menu to use a date selector and choose a specific range.
Donor Retention
The Donor Retention section compares previous year donors, current year donors, and lost donors. Click the numbers to view lists of donors and export them.
This section displays the total number of gifts and the total dollar amount. The three-dot menu lets you filter by date and print or export donor lists.
Shows the top campaigns by contribution amount. You may filter and export campaign data.
Donation History Cycle (3-Year View)
This chart shows donation activity by month across the last three years. Hover over any month to see detailed totals.
Donor Levels
Donations by Type
If you use categories such as in-kind, pledges, or gifts, this section shows totals by donation type. Hover to view and export lists.
Recent Gift Activity
Shows recent donor gifts including name, amount, and date. Hover over a donor name to hotlink to their CRM profile.
Top Lifetime Donors
Shows the donors with the highest lifetime contribution totals, with hotlinks to their CRM profiles. Click "View Donor List" to see or export full histories.
