Overview
The Influencer feature lets you assign influencers and automatically generate unique tracking links for them. They can share these links with their followers, and when someone buys tickets through the link, the system tracks the sale and credits the influencer. This makes it easy to measure impact and issue payouts based on performance.
Adding an Influencer
Create or open the influencer’s profile in the CRM, then click the Edit button.

In the Account Types section, type "Influencer" and select it from the dropdown list.
Click Save + Close.

The profile will now show the Influencer status. Click the Edit pencil again to configure their details.

Click the Edit Influencer button.

In the Influencer editing panel, you can:
- Generate a unique influencer tracking code
- Set their commission structure
- Enter payout details
- Add their website URL
After editing the information, click Save + Close

Influencer Profile
Influencers can log into their account via the plugin to access their personalized dashboard. From here, they can view their shareable links, track earnings, and update their information.
After logging in, the influencer would navigate to their Account Profile and clicks the Influencer button.

The dashboard includes three tabs:
- Event Links: Shareable links to promote specific events and track sales
- Reports: A breakdown of tracked sales and commission earnings
- Profile: Displays the influencer code and allows editing of payout information

Influencer Report
You can track influencer performance and process payouts through the Influencer Report.
Navigate to Reports > Other Reports, then click Influencer Report.

Use the filter options at the top to customize your results, then click Submit.

To issue a payout, click the Pay Out button next to the influencer.

Select the payout method, enter a payout confirmation code, and click Save Payout.
